Arts in Health Care Trust Artist in Residence

One of the key aims of the Arts in Health Care Trust is to promote the wider benefits of the arts in health care. Since January, local artist Sara Job has been based at the Hollies Day Care Centre; fulfilling a residency commissioned by the Trust to bring a practising artist into a care setting, to enrich the environment and to stimulate response from clients. Exploring themes of anxiety and memory, Sara’s work provides an insight into her experience of this care setting as well as allowing its clients to respond to an artist working in their midst.
This exhibition will be opened by Deputy Anne Pryke, Minister for Health and Social Services.
