To take gentle seated activity into Day and Residential Centres to retain mobility and independence and to enhance the health and well-being of members and residents.
Volunteer role
To run seated activity sessions in residential & day care settings, to plan & prepare sessions. Training, resources and support provided.
Volunteers commitment:
Weekly/fortnightly 1 hour sessions. Absences covered by fellow tutors, where possible.
