This will give an opportunity for all interested parties to meet, and discuss how the future St Martin Village Plan Committee could be constituted and organised. It is envisaged that a representative chosen at this preliminary meeting should report its findings and recommendations at a Parish Assembly scheduled for 8pm on 24th February, where the Assembly will be called upon to approve the recommendations and elect the Committee. Anyone seeking to be elected to the above Committee, and has not already completed a relevant form, should do so before 17th February.
