The trustees of the Howard Davis Farm
Trust would like to hear from anyone seeking a grant from them which is consistent with the Objects of the Trust, which are to promote -
(a) training and research in respect of agriculture and horticulture in Jersey and/or other countries or territories;
(b) the protection, enhancement, monitoring of, and training with regard to and research into the environment of Jersey and/or of other countries or territories.
Funding for these grants will come from the various rentals paid to the trust in respect of Howard Davis Farm and the intention of the trustees is to follow as closely as possible the spirit and intentions behind the original gift of the farm to the Island of Jersey by the late Mr T B Davis. All decisions on whether or not to make any individual grants are the sole responsibility of the trustees.
Applications must be in writing and describe as fully as possible the objectives of the applicant and the link to the trust's objectives.
They should be sent to the trust secretary, Mr Paul Tucker at
